Tyler Black, a seasoned estate planning and tax attorney, is active in the Spokane Estate Planning Council and has served on the Board of Directors for Fairmount Memorial Association since 2012. He is admitted to practice in Washington, Idaho, and the United States Tax Court and holds a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Washington, a J.D. from the University of Oregon School of Law, and an LL.M. in Taxation from New York University School of Law.

Dave Webster adds advanced training in taxation and finance, including an LL.M. from the University of Washington School of Law, a J.D. from Gonzaga University School of Law, and a B.S. from Brigham Young University. Dave has many years of experience and is admitted to practice in Washington, Idaho, and the United States Tax Court.

Ian Platou adds further depth, holding an LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Florida Levin College of Law and a J.D./MBA in Finance from Gonzaga School of Law, along with valuable international experience that brings a global perspective to client planning.

James Black complements this work with broad experience in estate planning, wills, trusts, probate, real estate, and tax law, including federal income, estate, and gift taxes; Washington State sales, B&O, and excise tax issues; and sophisticated transactions such as 1031 exchanges.
