Our Spokane office is hiring both experienced and entry-level Transactional and Litigation Associates. Our mission is to build long-term partnerships with our clients by delivering thoughtful strategies and practical solutions that support their success.
We are looking for motivated, client-focused attorneys who bring both skill and initiative to their practice. Attorneys interested in learning more about this opportunity are encouraged to contact us—all inquiries will be kept confidential.

Compensation & Benefits
Lukins & Annis offers a competitive compensation and benefits package, including:
- Salary range: $90,000–$120,000 with potential for a significant bonus

Qualifications
- For practicing associates, a minimum of two years of litigation and/or transactional experience is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple matters independently and work directly with clients.
- For our litigation position, experience in areas such as commercial and business litigation, construction law, real estate litigation, and contract disputes.
- For our transactional position, experience in areas such as commercial real estate transactions, business sales and acquisitions, corporate formation and structure, securities, and tax.
- A commitment to developing a strong, autonomous, and sustainable practice within the firm.
Staff & Administration
We’re looking for skilled, professional, and knowledgeable people with a “can-do,” team-oriented attitude to fill our law firm jobs. Our staff positions include Paralegals (commercial, corporate, estate planning, and litigation) and Legal Assistants (business and litigation). Our administrative positions include Accounting, Information Systems, Law Librarian, General Services, Human Resources, and Marketing.
