Michael R. McIntire

With a strong foundation in business law and leadership, Michael offers extensive knowledge in business entities, formation strategies, contract negotiation, and regulatory compliance. At Gonzaga University School of Law, he concentrated on the intersection of business and the law, gaining practical experience through Gonzaga’s Business Innovation Clinic. There, he managed a diverse caseload that included entity formation for both for-profit and nonprofit organizations, contract drafting, and guiding clients through federal and state compliance requirements to minimize risk.

During law school, Michael also served as a research assistant, examining issues of religious employment discrimination during the COVID-19 pandemic, and as a teaching assistant for Constitutional Law. These roles sharpened his research, writing, and analytical skills while strengthening his commitment to mentorship and academic excellence.

Beyond the legal field, Michael is an Eagle Scout and fluent in Portuguese, having spent time in Brazil as a missionary. These experiences highlight his dedication to service, community engagement, and cross-cultural connection—values he brings to his professional practice.
