With more than 18 years of experience, Dave has extensive knowledge of the complex rules and regulations governing the Bureau of Reclamation (BoR), the Farm Service Agency (FSA), and other government programs.
Dave focuses his practice on estate planning, business formation and planning, farm leases, and farm and business transition planning, with particular insight into the legal needs of agricultural clients.
