In 1972, Scott Lukins, a tax attorney, and Eugene Annis, a litigator, agreed to merge their tax and litigation practices. Beginning their new firm with 8 lawyers and 12 staff, rapid expansion and additional mergers followed. Today, we serve the needs of a wide variety of individuals, businesses, and public entities.

Our Spokane office is located in the center of the downtown business area, maximizing our accessibility to many of our major clients.

In our 35 years of service, our firm has represented many businesses that are or have grown to local and indeed national prominence.
