In August of 1984, Edward Wroe, an attorney from our Spokane office, moved to North Idaho and founded the Coeur d'Alene office of Lukins & Annis. After a merger and the addition of other attorneys, the office has developed into a leading full-service law firm in North Idaho.

Today, the office is staffed by attorneys Wayne Sweney, Mischelle Fulgham, Paul Harrington, Clark Richards, Michael Schmidt and Peter Smith

Mr. Sweney practices in the area of commercial law; Ms. Fulgham represents clients in the areas of land use, employment litigation and real property law; Mr. Richards practices in the area of litigation, with an emphasis on insurance defense, medical malpractice, personal injury, and health care law; Mr. Schmidt practices in the areas of commercial law and general business; Mr. Smith practices in the areas of real property and general business.

Mr. Richards, Ms. Fulgham, and Mr. Schmidt are licensed to practice in both Washington and Idaho and represent clients in both states.

Our Coeur d'Alene office is counsel to a variety of clients including regional and national public and private businesses, banks and bank holding companies, insurance companies, municipalities, and numerous individuals.
