(a) interesting (b) challenging (c) stressful
(d) rewarding (e) all of the above

Of course, you know the correct answer is (e)--ALL of the above!

Law firms, notorious for their stresses and deadlines, also enable you to learn constantly, to think creatively, and to assist a variety of clients and needs.

Our list of positions includes paralegals (commercial, corporate, estate planing, and litigation); legal assistants (combination of paralegal and secretarial); and legal secretaries. In the administrative areas, we have accounting, information systems, and word processing departments; as well as law librarian, human resource, and marketing functions. Additionally, we have a General Services Department that distributes mail, files documents at the courts, receives clients and telephone calls, completes a variety of photocopy, clerical, and driver projects, prepares conference rooms, and performs miscellaneous tasks.

In all of our positions, we look for people who are knowledgeable and skilled and who have "can-do," team-oriented attitudes. We work hard; we need to work well with one another for the benefit of our clients.

If you are interested in a position with L&A, we always list our openings on our website. We also advertise in the Sunday Edition of the Spokesman-Review, and we send job bulletins out to various agencies, including Work Source (the state Employment Security Department).
