Representative Matters: L&A litigators have successfully served clients in both the public and private sectors, with a small sampling of representation as follows:

  • Successful representation of realtor association in litigation demanding that non-member realtors be able to access the multiple listing service system. Click here for article.
  • A large university in whistleblower litigation surrounding their primate laboratory.
  • Numerous class action cases involving product liability of space heaters, gas insulated windows, Sulzer hip replacements, sick buildings, and Baycol drug.
  • Serving as regional counsel in a case against several global pharmaceutical makers in a price-fixing lawsuit.
  • Babcock v. DSHS (State of Washington). L&A was co-lead counsel in the landmark Washington case which resolved the issue of DSHS caseworker immunity favorable for the plaintiffs. On Friday, May 5, 2006, Lukins & Annis, P.S., joined forces with Tousley Brain Stephens, LLC, and filed a state-wide class action against AutoNation, Inc. and its affiliated Washington dealerships, including the Spokane Appleway dealerships.
