On Friday, May 5, 2006, Lukins & Annis, P.S., joined forces with Tousley Brain Stephens, LLC, and filed a state-wide class action against AutoNation, Inc. and its affiliated Washington dealerships, including the Spokane Appleway dealerships. BON-MACY's
A class action has been filed in the Spokane County Superior Court against Bon-Macy's, alleging that Bon-Macy's routinely charges Bon-Macy's credit card account holders for credit card insurance which customers had never approved or ordered. FEN-PHEN DIET DRUGS
L&A was appointed as class counsel in the statewide class action which sought equitable relief on behalf of 125,000 Washington residents exposed to dangerous diet drugs. That action has now achieved settlement under the auspices of a nationwide Multi-District Litigation 1203 settlement. L&A continues to pursue claims on behalf of individuals who have suffered serious heart or lung injuries from taking the diet drugs Pondimin and/or Redux.
