PRACTICE AREA

Real Estate and Corporate: Dennette's work focuses on commercial development, business asset sales/purchases, and corporate structuring. In the corporate area, she prepares documents to form and set up various entities, with an emphasis in limited liability companies, for joint ventures, and commercial and residential purchases and developments. Her work in the commercial development area revolves around "putting deals together," preparing leases, management and development agreements, purchase and sale agreements, etc., for the sale, refinance, purchase, and development of real estate for clients as developers and investors, including hotel, assisted living centers, mixed-use, and multi-residential properties.

SUMMARY OF EXPERIENCE

Dennette began working in the legal industry as a secretary in 1984. Working in a variety of practice areas over the next years, she "settled in" to the world of real estate closing and paralegal work in 1992. Joining L&A in 1995, Dennette has been a critical member of our real estate development practice area.
