- City of Spokane v. Ronald, a multi-million dollar condemnation action representing the developers
- USFS v. Wynia, co-counsel, representing over 30 hotels in a franchise dispute
- Sims v. Pacific Cycle and Target Department Stores, successfully litigated a multi-million dollar product liability claim.
- Breeden v. BNSF, successful trial representing a severely injured worker due to product defects on a railcar. Mr. Maurer was awarded the "Man in the Arena" award by the Honorable Justin Quackenbush, Senior U.S. District Judge.
