PRACTICE AREA

Estate Planning and Probate: One of two highly experienced paralegals who assist attorneys in this area of law, Laurel prepares every type of estate planning, probate and trust documents; researches and gathers materials and information, and prepares various federal and state estate tax returns and gift tax returns. Often working with relatively large estates, Laurel's skills and experience enable her to deal with highly complex matters.

SUMMARY OF EXPERIENCE

Laurel's legal career began 30 years ago in Montana. While she spent a number of years working in the practice area of real estate law, preparing real estate contracts and related documents and acting as a closing agent, the majority of her experience has been in the estate planning and probate areas. She joined Lukins & Annis in 1989 when she moved from Montana to Spokane.
