Business Law: Experienced in all aspects of corporate law, Jacque currently concentrates her work in the areas of commercial real estate, real property financing transactions and business mergers and acquisitions. As part of a team, she works primarily with a major client organization, purchasing, refinancing, and selling multi-residential housing complexes and other commercial properties throughout the western US. Her role is to prepare a variety of documents and coordinate the closing process.
Jacque’s work years have all been spent in the legal industry, with her last 27 years with Lukins & Annis. Beginning with the firm in 1980, Jacque has worked with a variety of attorneys in every area of corporate law. Her extensive knowledge and superb skills have enabled her to bring excellent value to any project on which she has worked.
