Litigation: Carol's work experience at L&A focuses on document assembly and trial preparation in all areas of litigation, including personal injury, medical malpractice, and class action/mass tort matters. Her specialty skill is in research and investigation, obtaining, analyzing, and documenting medical chronologies in time line format. She also takes responsibility in organizing and retrieving case documents and in maintaining databases in a variety of large document-intensive cases.
Carol's legal career began in California as a legal secretary directly upon her college graduation. She worked in a variety of practice areas before moving to Spokane in 1984, when she joined L&A in our litigation area.
